2. Services Offered Beeai offers the following chatbot solutions:

  • AI Agent Development

    • One-Time Setup Fee: £500
      This includes the development of your custom-built AI agent, tailored specifically to your business requirements and objectives. Our team of experts will work closely with you to understand your needs and ensure that your AI agent is optimised for maximum impact and efficiency.

    Monthly Maintenance Costs:
    We offer flexible monthly maintenance options to fit your customer base:

    • £150 per month for up to 1,000 customers

      • This plan provides essential maintenance and support for your AI agent, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently while effectively engaging with your customers.
    • £200 per month for an unlimited customer database

      • Perfect for growing businesses, this option allows you to scale without limits. Enjoy comprehensive support for your AI agent as you expand your customer outreach.

3. Payment Terms

  • A 50% deposit of the total build and setup fee is required at the start of the build process.
  • The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project.
  • Monthly maintenance payments are due on the 1st of each month. We can accommodate specific date requests if needed.

4. Build Timeline Chatbot development typically takes between 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the project and the information provided by the Client.

9. Termination Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice of 30 days. In the event of termination, any outstanding payments for services rendered will be due.
